Read this article about historical pesticide application in Atlantic Canada’s forests.  As part of the Living Data Project,  MSc student Yue Yue worked as the Atlantic Forestry Centre and Natural Resources Canada on this project to summarize historical spray information in New Brunswick, Canada.

Read this article about long term plant surveys.  As part of the Living Data Project,  PhD student Jenna Loesberg ​worked on the long term data collection of Dr. George La Roi, Professor of Botany at the University of Alberta.  Dr. La Roi who died in 2018  researched the plant ecology of alpine, boreal, and taiga ecosystems and left behind a vast collection of unpublished, long term data.

Read this article about urban bird surveys in Vancouver BC since the 1970’s.  As part of the Living Data Project,  MSc student Andrea Brown transcribed, archived, and properly structured for further use and analysis survey data from three studies.

Read this article about water chemistry data.  As part of the Living Data Project,  MSc student Jayme Menard worked to archive water chemistry data that the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment collected in lakes around Saskatchewan between 1920 and 1990.
